1. Access to the Exhibition
1.1 Entry to the exhibition is permitted only with a valid ticket, which must be shown upon request by authorized personnel.
1.2 The ticket is non-refundable, except in cases provided for by law.
1.3 The purchase of the ticket constitutes implicit acceptance of these regulations and the terms contained therein.
2. Behavior in the Exhibition
2.1 It is forbidden to touch the works of art on display. The works are protected by specific safety regulations, and any inappropriate behavior will be sanctioned.
2.2 Respectful behavior towards the environment and other visitors is required. Excessive noise, use of mobile devices in non-silent mode and behaviors that disturb the experience of others are not permitted.
2.3 It is forbidden to bring food and beverages into the exhibition areas, except for specific exemptions for documented medical needs.
2.4 Animals are not allowed, except guide dogs for people with disabilities.
2.5 It is forbidden to bring shopping carts and other bulky objects.
3. Reduced Tickets
3.1 Reductions on the ticket price are provided in the following cases:
Under 18 and Over 65: It is necessary to present a valid identity document when purchasing the ticket.
Purchase receipt at affiliated stores: The reduction is applicable exclusively upon presentation of a receipt issued on the day of purchase of the ticket, from the list of affiliated stores. Only one reduced ticket can be associated with each receipt.
3.2 Reductions cannot be combined with each other or with other offers/promotions.
4. Responsibilities and Penalties
4.1 Visitors are responsible for damage caused to the works of art or the spaces of the exhibition.
4.2 In the event of damage, a penalty equal to the insurance value of the work will be applied, in addition to any legal action.
4.3 Those accompanying minors or persons under their care are responsible for the behavior of the latter.
5. Security and Surveillance
5.1 The exhibition is subject to video surveillance systems in compliance with current privacy regulations.
5.2 Security personnel are authorized to intervene in the event of behavior that does not comply with the regulations.
6. Rights and Limitations
6.1 The ticket holder agrees, by purchasing, to comply with all the regulations in the regulations.
6.2 The management of the exhibition reserves the right to make changes to the regulations at any time, ensuring that they are updated at the information points of the exhibition and on the official website.
