NoteThese pendants are part of a collective project, Hybrid, coming from a residency Alice took part with colleagues from GSA. Through this work, Alice is reimagining, challenging, and expanding the notion of craft-making through innovative approaches. She explores hybrid concepts and cross-cultural intersections using multiple means of expression.
Alice's work amplifies the relevance of symbiotic relationships between the poetic and the linguistic, realism and surrealism, fluidity and statics, trauma and intimacy, and the cross-fertilisation of cultures through objects, jewellery, and textiles.
