"La mia ricerca in ambito del gioiello contemporaneo si basa sulla relazione che vi è tra forma e cromatismo, tra i volumi e la risposta alla luce delle superfici.
Utilizzo per le mie opere, texture materiche come calchi di calcarenite o rocce della Murgia, riprodotte come testimonianza del mio fortissimo legame con il territorio di appartenenza. Amo fondere antico e moderno e in particolar modo l’utilizzo della smaltatura a fuoco come nota di colore, frutto di un’importante percorso di ricerca sul gioiello storico legato al periodo del medioevo.
Il cuore di Orafi Moramarco si radica nella nostra famiglia e si moltiplica per tre: siamo Antonio, Nicola e Carlo. Fratelli e colleghi, condividiamo il lavoro e la vita nel nostro laboratorio da oltre vent’anni. Disegniamo gioielli su misura e amiamo sperimentare cercando il giusto connubio nei processi di lavorazione tra tecniche antiche e nuove tecnologie."

"My research in the field of contemporary jewellery is based on the relationship between form and chromatism, between volumes and the response of surfaces to light.
In my pieces, I use material textures such as calcarenite casts or rocks from the Murgia region, reproduced as evidence of my very strong bond with the territory where I belong. I love to blend ancient and modern and in particular the use of fired enameling as a note of color, the result of an important research path on historical jewellery linked to the Middle Ages.
The heart of Orafi Moramarco is rooted in our family and shared in three: we are Antonio, Nicola and Carlo. Brothers and colleagues, we have been sharing work and life in our workshop for over twenty years. We design custom jewellery and we love to experiment, looking for the right combination in the manufacturing processes between ancient techniques and new technologies."
